About me
I am a Trauma Informed clinical social worker with passion to help clients suffering with symptoms of PTSD, heal from those past traumas or distressing events
I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) and owner of the private practice, A Journey Toward Healing. I am trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Shapiro trained in EMDR (eye movement desensitization & Reprocessing).
My passion is helping clients begin their healing journey to live their best life, free from emotional dysregulation, symptoms of PTSD, and other overwhelming life events, which may be impacting their quality of life.
I am currently fully licensed in Florida, Washington, Oregon, Iowa and South Carolina, with pending licenses in West Virginia, North Dakota and Arkansas. I am a provider for Spring Health and Modern Health Employee Assistance Programs. I accept most major insurances in FL, WA< and OR. The other states are currently self pay at $125 for 60 minutes.
