Welcome, I am currently accepting new clients!
Together we will create and environment that is compassionate, supportive and built on a foundation of trust. My therapeutic approach is highly relational, direct, and collaborative with the utilization of multiple therapeutic modalities. I work with children and teens struggling with social skills, emotion regulation, anxiety/depression, and coping skills. My natural ability to build rapport helps to create a space where they can recognize their challenges, build their strengths, and feel both understood and safe as they navigate through the complexities of being a youth today.
My work with adults is centered on understanding and accepting how the past has contributed to and influenced who we are today. Together I help clients navigate through the intricacies of life, overcome barriers, heal from the past, and build a life that feels authentic, empowering, and fulfilling.
My primary areas of focus are, but not limited to, trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, self-esteem, and stress. I consider it a true honor and privilege to hear your story and walk alongside you on your journey. I look forward to meeting you!
