I specialize in supporting clients with trauma and abuse recovery, panic and post-traumatic stress, attachment challenges, and feelings of guilt, shame, and abandonment. I also work with individuals facing caregiver stress, workplace difficulties, chronic pain and illness, military and veteran experiences, and life transitions including pregnancy, midlife changes, and smoking cessation.
