About me
I am an experienced trauma therapist, guiding people to relieve their symptoms and find healing, in order to return to who they really are.
As a trauma survivor, not only have I dedicated my life to studying and fine tuning my clinical skills, I also have experienced the ongoing struggles trauma causes. I have over 20+ years of clinical experience in helping people through the most difficult of times. I prioritize creating a safe, collaborative space where clients feel understood while also being gently challenged to deepen self-awareness and make meaningful changes. My approach seems to be warm and supportive, translating complex emotional experiences into clarity and action. What I value most in my professional and personal life is real connections to others. It is imperative that the client / therapist relationship is honest, non judgmental, and sincere. I especially deem myself as an advocate for others that are oppressed or unable to speak up for themselves.
