I received my bachelor's degree in Psychology from Purdue Global University, focusing on substance abuse and addictions (2014), and my Master’s degree in Community and Trauma counseling in 2016 from Philadelphia University. I have experience working with clients facing depression, anxiety, stress, and trauma. I employ multiple methods depending on the client's needs, including mindfulness, motivational interviewing, narrative therapy, and EMDR.
