Hello! My name is Chelsea Vielhauer. I am a Clinical Social Worker who provides therapy for those who may still feel scared but want to try to take the next step in their healing journey.
I have about 6 years of experience working with many different people with many different needs. Feeling overwhelmed or stuck can be exhausting, and you do not have to do it alone. I offer a collaborative and supportive space using evidence-based and mindfulness-informed approaches to help you build insight, resilience, and meaningful change. I know how scary therapy can feel. The first session is a chance to get to know each other in a gentle, sometimes humorous, and low-pressure space. We will talk about what brings you to therapy, your goals, and what you hope to gain, all while moving at a pace that feels comfortable. There is no expectation to share more than you are ready for.
