About me
I help adults navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, substance use concerns, and other difficult life experiences with compassion and without judgment.
Starting therapy or looking for a new therapist can feel like a big step. You may feel nervous about opening up, unsure of what to say, or even wonder whether what you’re experiencing is “bad enough” for therapy. You don’t have to be in crisis or have everything figured out to reach out for support. Whatever you’re carrying, big, small, or somewhere in between, there is room for it here.
I work with adults navigating substance use concerns, anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, and other difficult life experiences. My approach is trauma- and addiction-informed, creating space to explore what you’ve experienced and the ways you’ve learned to cope without judgment or shame.
I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you notice tough thoughts and feelings without letting them have the final say in what you do next. Together, we’ll practice responding in new ways and taking meaningful steps toward the life you want.
Most importantly, I want you to feel comfortable being yourself without worrying about saying the “right” thing. We’ll go at a pace that works for you, making room for honesty, difficult conversations, awkward moments, laughter, and everything else that comes up.
