About me
Hello, and welcome! My name is Chelsea Miller, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW, LCAS-A) with experience supporting individuals through anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship difficulties, major life transitions, and everyday stress.
I understand that reaching out for therapy can feel uncomfortable or overwhelming. My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, respected, and accepted. I believe that you are the expert on your own life, and I will work alongside you to better understand your experiences, recognize your strengths, and develop practical tools that support meaningful change.
My therapeutic approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to your individual needs. I use evidence-based techniques drawn from cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, strengths-based practice, motivational interviewing, and trauma-informed care. During our sessions, we may explore patterns in your thoughts, emotions, relationships, and behaviors while identifying healthier ways to cope with life’s challenges.
I believe therapy is not about having all the answers—it is about having a safe place to be honest, gain clarity, and take steps toward the life you want. Whether you are feeling stuck, navigating a difficult season, or simply ready to focus on your personal growth, I would be honored to support you on your journey.
You do not have to face everything alone. When you are ready, I am here to meet you with compassion, encouragement, and understanding.
