About me
I have a passion for helping others feel heard, empowered, and finding their voice to help navigate the obstacles life may be throwing your way. I value the importance of genuine connection and providing a nonjudgmental, safe space for clients to be themselves, process difficult emotions, and learn healthy ways of coping.
I feel it is important to integrate various approaches such as CBT, Psychodynamic Theory, and a Person-Centered approach to meet each person where they are at while promoting growth and establishing self-worth. I have experience counseling children and adults of various backgrounds and strive to provide a safe space for clients to overcome difficulties.
When I am not working, you can find me chasing sunsets, reading, and spending time with my family, including our energetic pup. I am excited to work alongside you on your life journey!
