About me
I'm a therapist with extensive experience supporting individuals through life's most challenging moments. Over my career, I've worked with clients navigating stress, anxiety, relationship difficulties, family conflicts, trauma, and grief. I bring a deep commitment to helping people heal and grow.
My approach is grounded in understanding each person's unique perspective, values, and background. I work with clients exploring self-love, communication, isolation, life purpose, and social anxiety. I also support those processing guilt, shame, forgiveness, control issues, and posttraumatic stress. Whether you're navigating divorce, body image concerns, attachment patterns, caregiver stress, mood challenges, abandonment, impulsivity, women's issues, sexuality, narcissistic relationships, workplace stress, or chronic pain and illness, I'm here to help.
I believe in creating a welcoming, nonjudgmental space where you feel seen and respected. My role is to walk alongside you with compassion and authenticity as you work toward healing and meaningful change. I'm honored to support you on your journey.
