About me
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who is dedicated to helping individuals cope with anxiety and depression.
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor who helps adults move from surviving to truly living. My clients often come to me feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or emotionally drained from trying to hold everything together for everyone else. They’re caretakers, perfectionists, or high achievers who appear strong but feel disconnected, burned out, or unsure how to prioritize themselves.
I specialize in helping people manage anxiety, heal from generational patterns, and build boundaries that protect their peace. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and an integrative approach, I focus on shifting perspective—helping you understand how your thoughts and emotions interact, and how changing them can lead to lasting confidence and balance.
Clients describe me as warm, direct, and grounding. In our work, you’ll learn to quiet self-doubt, let go of people-pleasing, and reconnect with your authentic self. Together, we’ll identify the “why” behind your stress, rewrite old stories, and create a life that feels calm, fulfilling, and fully your own.
