I am a bilingual licensed therapist in New Jersey. I am friendly, outgoing, and a huge advocate for self-care. I have experience with clients dealing with the spectrum of anxiety disorders (panic, generalized anxiety, OCD), as well as depressive disorders, stress-related conditions, grief and loss, trauma, and low self-esteem issues. I have experience working in a variety of mental health settings treating children, adolescents and adults.

My ideal client is someone seeking therapy services regarding their well-being. They have been depressed for a while, but symptoms have worsened over the last few weeks. The client feels agitated most of the time and is unsure of the reason. They may have unresolved childhood trauma, causing their depressive mood.

I am committed to evidence-based practice and have been trained in cognitive behavioral therapy and traditional Holistic approaches such as motivational interviewing, mindfulness, meditation and other techniques that can increase an individual's strengths in treatment. My main focus is to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.

I am here to show the support you need to assist you in the personal and professional stressors/challenges that you face on a daily basis.
