About me
I'm an experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor. I work with adults who are ready to start living and enjoying life, not just surviving day to day, week to week, and month to month. In-person and/or telehealth is available in Arkansas, telehealth options for North Carolina, and Florida.
I've worked in the mental health field for over 25 years. I practice from a very client-centered and strengths-based approach while incorporating evidence-based treatments such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution-Focused Brief Intervention approaches to help you get to feeling better within the first few sessions. My natural communication style is a more conversational tone, warm, casual, educational, and direct.
