About me
An experienced psychotherapist, working with children and families, transitions, and life challenges, in a compassionate, attachment-based approach to working with what is present for the individual in the moment.
I have most recently been working with military families overseas, providing non-medical, solution-focused, brief therapy, but I am trained as a Gestalt therapist, incorporating mindfulness and contemplative approach to working with trauma, play therapy and sand tray therapy, an attachment-based model for working with children, and a Gottman-based model for working with couples. I invite you to explore what is present for you to find a way forward in a compassionate and caring manner.
