About me
I have been helping adults with mental health and life struggles for over 25 years. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Missouri.
My experience is within a community mental health center where I have treated individuals as well as couples. I believe education and communication play a vital role in success.
I am comfortable helping adults with goal setting, depression, grief and loss, relationship issues, self-esteem, anxiety, OCD, panic disorder; abuse and trauma, sexual problems, parenting issues among many other topics. I approach problems by assisting my clients identify the problem and develop a set of plans and/or goals for achievement.
I have been told I am an understanding therapist who offers a warm atmosphere for healing to occur. A sign of a good therapist is one who can adapt to the needs of his/her clients. I look forward to being that therapist for you!
