About me
I look forward to meeting you and working together to determine your goals for treatment and how to get there. I've been a social worker for more than 30 years and most recently have over 10 years of experience in a mental health setting working veterans, first responders, and active duty services members with a variety of needs. I have a passion for working with couples, families and individuals.
As an LCSW-S with more than 10 years of experience as a clinician, I specialize in treating trauma, grief, substance abuse, depression, anxiety, and OCD. My approach is collaborative and client-centered, drawing from modalities such as CBT, ACT, Prolonged Exposure, EMDR, CPT, and Exposure and Response Prevention (for OCD). What you can expect from me In our first session together my goal is to provide a safe space for you to tell your story and goals for therapy. My approach is person-centered, strengths-based, warm and genuine.
