About me
My goal as a therapist is to provide a trauma informed approach for the LGBTQIA+, Neurodivergent , minority populations.
Vee is a queer, trans, disabled, neurodivergent therapist with lived experience that uses their life experience and professional experience to help you develop the skills necessary to become the best version of yourself.
Vee uses IFS and Somatic therapy work as a grounding point to help clients get in touch with their emotions and body responses to events to better understand how to cope with their triggers and body sensations. With the help of expressive arts and bilateral eye movement, the client can process through past events.
Vee seeks to work with LGBTQIA+, Neurodivergent, and minority populations with a trauma informed lens. They love to use expressive arts therapy, bilateral eye movement, and IFS therapy with their clients to help them become more in touch with how their bodies respond to emotions and stressful events and trauma. They try to help clients process through their trauma without re-traumatizing their clients. They hope to help their clients better understand what has happened to them and to heal from past wounds.
