I am passionate about working with students, adults, couples and families to help them strengthen emotional wellness, build confidence, strengthen coping skills and build healthier relationships. I help clients to navigate anxiety, depression, anger management, trauma, life transitions, substance use and abuse, relationship concerns, cultural identity, men's issues, and spiritual integration.

I will work with you to create a plan to understand your thoughts and emotions while developing practical and real-life skills to manage stress, improve relationships, and increase confidence.For nearly 30 years, I have supported students, adults, and families as a therapist, school-based counselor, and social worker. I help clients navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, career transitions, cultural identity, and other life challenges.

I use personalized, evidence-based counseling to help clients understand how distorted perceptions and thoughts can contribute to painful feelings and unwanted behaviors. I also build practical skills you can use daily to manage stress, improve relationships, and create meaningful change. I create a welcoming, judgment-free space where my clients feel heard, understood, and supported. I approach each person with empathy, respect, and personalized care.

I primarily use CBT and psychoeducation in my practice. During our therapy journey you can expect a safe, nonjudgmental space to speak openly and be your authentic self. We will discuss what brought you to therapy and what you hope will change while exploring your story, strengths, challenges, and treatment goals.
