About me

Walking alongside those with depression, anxiety, LGBTQ, and religious trauma.

Life has a way of surprising us. Sometimes it’s a single major upheaval; other times it’s a pileup of smaller stresses that hit all at once. The beliefs we grew up with may stop supporting us and instead create conflict, confusion, or even trauma. Old wounds can resurface and take over our emotional landscape. And although these experiences can feel isolating, they’re far more common than most people realize.

Having someone to talk with—someone who can help you sort through the noise and regain perspective—can make all the difference. My work focuses on helping people weave these experiences into a clearer, more grounded sense of self.

I support individuals dealing with anxiety and depression, members of the LGBTQ community, and anyone healing from church abuse or religious trauma. I specialize in religious deconstruction—and reconstruction, if that’s part of your path. My approach draws from talk therapy, family systems, cognitive behavioral therapy, visualization, and other methods.
