About me
I'm a therapist with extensive experience supporting individuals through some of life's most challenging experiences. My work centers on trauma recovery, grief, addiction, and identity—particularly within the LGBTQ+ community. I bring deep expertise in helping clients navigate isolation, social anxiety, shame, and the complex emotions that arise from loss, abuse, and life transitions.
I work with clients across the lifespan, from midlife transitions to aging and geriatric concerns. I'm also skilled in supporting those managing chronic pain, traumatic brain injury, and seasonal mood changes. My approach honors multicultural perspectives and the unique challenges men face in therapy.
I'm committed to creating an affirming, nonjudgmental space where you can explore sexuality, forgiveness, and healing from trauma—whether that's from sexual assault, domestic violence, or abandonment. I believe in meeting clients where they are, with authenticity and respect for your values and worldview.
My therapeutic style is grounded in evidence-based practices and a genuine commitment to your wellbeing. I'm here to support you through panic, grief, divorce, or whatever brought you to therapy. Taking this step takes courage, and I'm honored to walk alongside you.
