With over 20 years' experience in helping others, I enjoy working with people who may feel they are off track and need a nudge to move forward. I am a licensed mental health counselor in Florida offering telehealth services to work on self-esteem, self-acceptance, anxiety and stress management. I love cooking, traveling and nature.
