About me

I am a licensed psychotherapist who helps men navigate the deeper work of self-respect, emotional mastery, and relational healing through an integrative mind–body–spirit approach.

From the outside, you might look like you have it all together—career, family, stability.
But inside, it feels like you’re holding it all together with duct tape.

You can’t turn your mind off. You feel anxious, distracted, restless, or stuck. Maybe you’ve tried to power through, hoping it would get better on its own. But it hasn’t.

The truth is, most men I work with aren’t in crisis—they’re just exhausted. They’re tired of performing, tired of pretending, tired of carrying the weight of responsibility without any real sense of freedom or peace. They’re good men who’ve lost connection with themselves somewhere along the way.

If that sounds like you, you’re not alone—and you’re not broken.

My Work with Men

I help men reconnect to themselves and build the internal strength to live with confidence, clarity, and integrity. The men I work with are often high-achieving and deeply responsible, yet quietly struggling with anxiety, shame, burnout, or a chronic sense of dissatisfaction.

They describe feeling numb, detached, or restless—like they’ve done everything they were “supposed” to do but still feel unfulfilled. Many struggle to express emotions, set boundaries, or know what they actually want. Some feel anger simmering under the surface. Others feel a constant sense of not being enough, no matter how hard they try.

Therapy becomes a space where they can finally exhale. A space to tell the truth, to stop performing, and to start becoming.

My Approach

I take a holistic, integrative approach that combines the best of psychology, neuroscience, and spirituality. My background in Counseling Psychology allows me to draw from attachment theory, family systems, trauma-informed care, and depth psychology, while grounding the work in practical tools for emotional regulation and everyday life.

Our sessions aren’t about talking in circles or chasing labels—they’re about discovering what’s really driving your patterns and helping you reclaim your agency.

We focus on emotional mastery, self-respect, and personal responsibility. You’ll learn how to handle conflict without collapsing or defending, how to identify what you actually need, and how to cultivate presence in the middle of life’s chaos.

I also teach men how to connect to what I call quiet power—the grounded confidence that comes from integrity, not performance.

Common Issues I Help With

Anxiety, overthinking, and stress

Shame, self-doubt, and imposter syndrome

Burnout and emotional exhaustion

Relationship and intimacy struggles

Anger, irritability, or emotional shutdown

Life transitions and midlife identity questions

Spiritual disconnection or loss of purpose

“Nice Guy Syndrome” and people-pleasing patterns

Whether you’re in a life transition, navigating a relationship challenge, or simply want to feel more grounded and confident, we’ll work together to help you show up as the man you want to be—present, strong, and free.

What I Believe

I believe that healing happens in relationship—because that’s where the wounds were formed.
I believe that integrity is love in action, and love is our highest purpose.
I believe that courage is the foundation of all virtue—and that real courage is found in small, honest choices made daily.

The goal of therapy isn’t perfection—it’s alignment. It’s learning to live in integrity with who you are, so that peace is no longer something you chase but something you carry.

A Bit More About Me

I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology and an undergraduate degree in Human Development. Over the course of 20,000 clinical hours, I’ve helped countless men and couples find strength, presence, and connection in their lives.

In addition to my therapy practice, I’m the founder of The Confident Husband Solution and Nice Guy Recovery, programs designed to help men move from self-doubt and frustration to clarity and leadership. I’m also the author of The Path: 16 Virtues of Integrity and The Nice Guy Recovery Journal.

My work is influenced by thinkers such as Richard Rohr, Carl Jung, and David Schnarch, as well as the wisdom traditions of Stoicism, mindfulness, and Christian spirituality.

When I’m not in session, you’ll find me in my pottery studio—hands in clay, reflecting on how the same patience and presence it takes to shape a vessel are the very qualities that shape a life.

If You’re Ready

If you’re ready to stop performing and start becoming—if you’re ready to trade the pressure to hold it all together for the freedom of living in truth and integrity—I’d be honored to walk with you.
