About me
I am a compassionate psychiatric nurse practitioner who understand that life is complex value your individuality, with dedicated to supporting individuals in achieving mental wellness and resilience.
I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with experience in mental health over the past years dedicated to providing psychiatric care. My background as a psychiatric nurse has given me a deep understanding of the challenges individuals face, and I bring both compassion and clinical expertise to every session.
I specialize in working with adolescents and adults who are navigating concerns such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and life transitions. My goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to take steps toward improved mental health and overall well-being.
I believe in a collaborative approach, tailoring treatment plans to meet each person’s unique needs. Together, we can explore strategies that foster resilience, build coping skills, and support lasting change.
