I am an experienced Licensed mental health counselor, dedicated to helping children and BIPOC cope with trauma, depression, anxiety and stress management.
Life can be overwhelming at times, but you don't have to go through it alone. I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who works with children, teens, and adults navigating life’s challenges. I specialize in helping clients dealing with trauma, abuse, neglect, anxiety, depression, and stress. I also offer services to court-mandated clients, supporting them in making meaningful changes while meeting requirements.
My style is warm, supportive, and practical. I use approaches like CBT and Trauma-Focused CBT to help clients process their experiences, manage emotions, and build coping skills they can use every day.
