About me
I am an experienced Licensed Associate Counselor who is dedicated to helping individuals cope with trauma, anxiety, and depression.
Chantal, LAC, is passionate about helping children, teens, and adults navigate life’s challenges with care and understanding. With over 10 years of experience in behavioral health, she specializes in supporting clients through trauma, depression, anxiety, and self-esteem or body image concerns. Seeking therapy can be difficult but together, we’ll create a safe space to explore what’s holding you back and work toward healing, growth, and balance.
Availability:
Telehealth: Tuesday–Friday (early mornings to evenings) and Sundays (7–11 AM)
In-person: Mondays (9:30AM–7:30 PM) and two Saturdays a month (7 AM–7 PM)
I know that reaching out for therapy can feel overwhelming, which is why I strive to listen with compassion and care to meet you exactly where you are. My approach is eclectic and personalized, drawing from techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Client-Centered Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing.
More than anything, I strive to create a safe, calm, and supportive space where you feel truly seen and heard. Together, we’ll work toward your goals; at your own pace and in a way that feels comfortable and authentic to you.
