About me
I am a clinical mental health counselor that is dedicated to supporting teens and adults cope with anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, self esteem, trauma, interpersonal relationships, and more.
My name is Chanel and have a master’s in counseling from Wayne State University. I take pride in providing clients with a safe space to be vulnerable and authentic. I want to help clients understand themselves better to be able to break old cycles and patterns that no longer serve them. I believe in empathy, encouragement and empowerment. Processing the past is just one step. I want to help clients be more present in day to day life, as well as look forward to all the possibilities for the future.
