About me

I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor who helps teens and adults navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, and life transitions with warmth, collaboration, and care.

You might be feeling stretched thin, balancing school, work, relationships, and big decisions about your future while quietly carrying stress, self-doubt, or old wounds. It can be hard to pause long enough to focus on yourself, and even harder to know where to start.
My goal is to create a calm, supportive space where you can slow down, feel heard, and focus on what matters most to you. I believe therapy works best when it feels collaborative and tailored to your unique needs. I’ll meet you where you are, and we’ll work together to explore what’s been weighing on you, uncover your strengths, and build practical tools you can use in daily life.
I often draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Gestalt, and Solution-Focused techniques, and I approach therapy through a lens of equality and holism, honoring the whole person and their unique story.
Clients often describe me as warm, genuine, honest, and collaborative, with a sense of humor that helps the work feel lighter when it needs to. You don’t have to have everything figured out before starting. I would be honored to walk alongside you as you move toward a life that feels more grounded, connected, and joyful.
