About me
I am a licensed clinical social worker providing virtual therapy for women in Georgia and South Carolina. I specialize in women’s mental health including anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, fertility, pregnancy, postpartum concerns, pregnancy loss, substance use and major life transitions.
I live in Aiken, SC, with my husband, our two daughters, and our dog. We all go through times in life that feel overwhelming, and it takes courage to reach out. I know that firsthand as I’ve leaned on therapy myself when I needed it, and it made all the difference. My goal is to support women's mental health and well-being, normalize the challenges women face, and reduce the stigma of seeking mental health care. Beginning therapy can feel scary, but it’s also incredibly brave, and you don’t have to do it alone. Healing happens in relationship, and many women value support from another woman who understands the pressure and complexity of the roles we carry. As a mom and therapist, I’ve walked similar paths.
