About me

I work with clients who may be struggling with depression or anxiety in response to trauma, an unstable childhood, or illness. I also work with clients who struggle with codependency, setting boundaries, and expressing their needs.

Life can feel overwhelming when you're constantly managing more than others can see—whether it's chronic illness, unresolved trauma, or the weight of always being the one others rely on. Maybe you find yourself saying yes when you want to say no, minimizing your needs, or struggling with a harsh inner critic. You might look “fine” on the outside, but inside you’re exhausted from trying to hold it all together.

I specialize in working with adults who are navigating the emotional toll of chronic illness, trauma, codependency, or early attachment wounds. My clients often come to me feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure how to create a life that honors their limits without shrinking their worth.

My approach is trauma-informed, body-based, and deeply compassionate. I draw from somatic therapy, parts work, and the Comprehensive Resource Model to help you gently explore what's underneath the patterns keeping you stuck. Together, we’ll work to understand your nervous system, build sustainable boundaries, and reconnect with a sense of self that illness or survival-mode may have made hard to access.

Whether you're adjusting to physical limitations or unlearning old patterns that no longer serve you, I offer a space where you don’t have to explain or prove your pain. You’re not “too much” or “not trying hard enough.” You’re human. And you deserve support that meets you where you are.

I’ve seen clients shift lifelong patterns of self-blame, anxiety, and shame—feeling more at peace in their bodies and more connected to who they truly are. You don’t have to keep doing this alone. If you’re ready to stop living by old survival stories, let’s take the next step together.
