About me
I am an experienced therapist who is dedicated to helping "under-resourced" populations access affordable, quality mental health care.
Sometimes life throws us a curve ball which can leave you feeling overwhelmed, seemingly with nowhere to turn. Or maybe you’re feeling stressed, anxious, or depressed? Perhaps you’re feeling stuck because you’ve been trying to change things but nothing seems to be working? Let’s face it, life can be tough, but you don’t have to navigate it alone. You CAN feel like yourself again and you CAN enjoy life again. Don’t allow the stigma surrounding mental health keep you from seeking the help you need.
When you are ready to get uncomfortable, I invite you into a non-judgmental, collaborative space where we will work together to identify what has been keeping you from feeling like yourself. We will work side-by-side to examine your worth, tap into your strengths, and identify manageable goals to make lasting and positive changes in your life.
I work with young adults and adults (ages 15 and up) and tailor sessions to your individual needs, while drawing upon several evidence-based approaches. When you are ready to take the next step, schedule a free 15-minute consultation and let's discuss how YOU can be the best version of YOU!
