About me

I am a multilingual (English-Spanish-Hebrew-Portuguese) and multicultural Marriage and Family Therapist and School Counselor, who embraces diversity in all its forms. I have extensive experience working with neurodivergent individuals, couples, and families, supporting them in their self-improvement, to overcome challenges, and become the best version of themselves.

When something is not feeling right, or might feel out of control, it takes courage to accept that there is a need to revisit our coping mechanisms. Having someone by your side who can help and support you in this process is available to you. Therapy is for anyone who feels stuck in a symptom, in a relationship, in a job, in a profession, in a set of feelings, in patterns of action and reaction, in any situation of recurring psychological pain, and wants it to change.

As Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I am here to be by your side as you embark your journey of self-discovery and empowerment, aiming to an emotional well-being, to be the best version of yourself.

Looking forward to working with you.

I believe that each individual is able to grow and change, no matter what life has thrown their way. In my practice I offer a genuine, caring, and safe space to hold your story. From a free of judgment point of view, I might ask questions to make sure I understand and respect your experience and perspective. My ultimate goal is to help you be the best version of yourself, overcoming challenges, and breaking old patterns, through self-awareness, and enlightenment.

When working with systems, I value each member's role and point of view, making sure they all feel understood and represented from a perspective free of bias. I do not have a preconceived notion of how families should be or function and I am willing to work with you to achieve your common goal, fostering communication and mutual respect.

My goal is to help you reach your personal goals through various psychotherapy techniques. It is not a one-size-fits-all kind of treatment. Psychotherapy is fundamentally about discovering a deeper sense of personal meaning, greater self-understanding, and self-acceptance. Growth is not always lineal or consistent. There might be times when you might want to stay in the cocoon, as you endure the pain, and need someone to hold the space for you, and other times when you might have more clarity and be readier to grow and spread your wings. Psychotherapy can help us move through life with a greater degree of freedom and flexibility, feeling more connected to ourselves and others along the way.

I create a safe space to listen carefully and empathically, to help you understand how you have developed into who you are, and what gets in the way of finding your goals in the here and now. There are many ways to do this work. I believe the most important place to start in any modality is by really listening, and establishing a solid therapeutic alliance.
