About me
I'm a licensed therapist specializing in anxiety, depression, and relationship struggles, with a particular focus on women who have spent much of their lives taking care of everyone but themselves. Many of my clients come to me exhausted from anticipating others' needs, smoothing over conflict, and staying agreeable — often without realizing these patterns started as ways to feel safe.
I'm trained in EMDR, CBT, and DBT, and I draw on each depending on what a client needs — whether that's processing a difficult experience, reshaping unhelpful thought patterns, or building practical skills for managing big emotions. My approach is warm, direct, and paced to what feels safe for each person; there's no pressure to perform or have everything figured out before you walk in.
My goal isn't to keep clients in therapy indefinitely — it's to help you reach a place of genuine happiness and peace, on your terms. If you'd like to continue working together beyond that point, you're always welcome to; if not, that's a success too.
If this feels like a fit, I'd love to talk. I offer a free 15-minute consultation for anyone considering therapy with me.
