About me
I am a licensed professional counselor who helps teens, adults, couples, and families navigate anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges.
Change is possible—and you don’t have to figure it out alone. My goal is simple: to help you move forward with clarity, resilience, and a stronger sense of self. My approach is supportive, action-oriented, strengths-based, and trauma-informed. I use cognitive behavioral therapy(CBT) and solution-focused techniques to help you change unhelpful patterns, build self-worth, and make meaningful progress in a safe, affirming space that honors diverse experiences and identities. I foster open, honest communication in a safe, nonjudgmental space where your experiences are validated.
