About me
I'm a therapist with extensive experience supporting individuals through life's most challenging moments. Over my career, I've worked with clients navigating depression, anxiety, stress, relationship difficulties, and struggles with self-esteem. I'm passionate about helping people build self-love, improve communication, and find their sense of purpose.
My work spans a wide range of concerns, including trauma, panic, social anxiety, grief, isolation, body image concerns, attachment issues, mood disorders, and life transitions. I also support clients working through family dynamics, codependency, addiction, and self-harm. I'm experienced in helping young adults and women navigate identity, midlife transitions, and healing from domestic violence.
I bring a compassionate, person-centered approach to therapy, grounded in genuine care for your wellbeing. I honor each client's unique values and beliefs, including faith perspectives when that matters to you. My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your challenges and discover your own strength and resilience.
Starting therapy takes courage, and I'm honored to walk alongside you on your healing journey.
