About me
Helping you reconnect with your strength after narcissistic and emotional abuse
You may be coming to therapy feeling confused, depleted, or disconnected from yourself after an emotionally abusive or toxic relationship. Many people who experience narcissistic or long-term emotional abuse are left questioning their judgment, struggling with anxiety or shame, and wondering how they lost their sense of self.
In therapy, the focus is on helping you understand what happened without blaming or pathologizing you. Your reactions make sense in the context of abuse. Together, we work on rebuilding self-trust, strengthening boundaries, calming your nervous system, and helping you feel more grounded and confident in your day-to-day life.
Support is available through traditional weekly therapy or immersive, intensive options for deeper, more focused healing. The work is collaborative, trauma-informed, and paced to what your nervous system can tolerate. You won’t be rushed, and you won’t be told to “just move on.”
If you’re ready to reconnect with your strength and feel like yourself again, therapy can be a place to start.
