About me

I am an experienced licensed therapist dedicated to helping adults, many of whom are older and/or disabled, work through issues related to life transitions, grief, loss, illness or loss of physical and/or cognitive abilities, and caregiving, and who are experiencing depression, anxiety, and difficulty coping in their everyday lives.
.

Life can feel overwhelming when you're coping with loss, life changes, a new medical diagnosis, chronic illness, or the daily challenges of aging. You might feel isolated, anxious, or weighed down by emotions you don't know how to process. You may be balancing your own needs with the demands of caring for someone else, leaving little space for yourself.

Together, we’ll work through the thoughts, feelings, and patterns that are keeping you stuck. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, we’ll address unhelpful beliefs like “I should be stronger” or “I’m failing if I need help.” With Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, we’ll make space for difficult emotions instead of fighting them—so you can start making choices that honor your values and your reality. Through mindfulness practices, I’ll teach you how to stay grounded and connected, even when things feel overwhelming.

It’s normal to feel sadness, fear, anger, or even resentment at times. You may have been putting your own needs last for so long that you hardly recognize what you need anymore. Imagine feeling calmer and more centered, setting boundaries with confidence, coping with uncertainty in healthier ways, and reconnecting with the parts of yourself that have been left behind. That’s what we’ll work toward together.

If this resonates with you, I’d love to connect. Let’s talk about what’s been weighing on you and how I can support you in finding relief, resilience, and a renewed sense of self. You’ve carried so much for so long—it's time to make sure you're caring for yourself too.

I’m here to tell you—you are not alone, and it doesn’t have to stay this way.
I help adults like you find steadier ground during uncertain times. Whether you’re navigating grief, managing a new health challenge, adjusting to changing roles, or dealing with retirement, I’ll support you in rediscovering balance, inner strength, and peace.
