Are you ready to overcome what’s holding you back and find peace in your life? Life's challenges can sometimes feel overwhelming, leaving you unsure of where to turn. As a dedicated mental health counselor, I specialize in helping adults manage anxiety, heal from trauma and PTSD, process grief, and navigate life’s significant transitions. My approach is rooted in empathy and evidence-based care, creating a compassionate space where you can explore your emotions, find clarity, and regain a sense of balance. Together, in a compassionate and nonjudgmental space, we will explore your unique experiences, create practical tools and work toward meaningful healing and growth. You don’t have to face this journey alone.
I draw on proven therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to address unhelpful thought patterns, EMDR to process trauma and create healing, and Mindfulness to cultivate self-awareness and resilience. I use Trauma-Focused Therapy to help clients confront and work through the lasting impacts of past experiences. Each session is tailored to meet your unique needs and goals, ensuring you feel supported at every step of your journey.
I work with individuals from all walks of life, including adults in high-stress professions, college students, those managing chronic illness and adults with developmental disabilities. Whether you’re adjusting to major life changes, feeling stuck, or seeking relief from emotional pain, I’m here to help you rediscover your strength and create lasting, positive change. Together, we can develop practical strategies and build the tools you need to move forward with confidence, resilience and a renewed sense of self.
