My practice includes working with Individuals, couples and families. Frequently people come to me for help when they are encountering difficulties. These difficulties can be small issues while other times they may be more significant and complex in nature. Either way, my role is to provide you with the support you may need as you begin to make the positive changes you desire. Your goals may include improving your relationships, manage and cope with conflict and/ or stress, parenting difficult teenagers, navigating difficult emotions resulting from separation, losses and divorce. Other times it may be to help you begin the healing process which may include addressing past trauma and emotional pain.
