About me
I'm Catherine Hogan, and I bring three decades of clinical experience to my work with individuals navigating life's most challenging moments. Throughout my career, I've developed expertise in supporting people through stress, anxiety, trauma, family conflicts, and self-esteem concerns.
My practice focuses on helping clients address isolation, social anxiety, panic disorder, post-traumatic stress, and postpartum depression. I also work with individuals healing from domestic violence, codependency patterns, and family-of-origin issues. I'm honored to support older adults and those at end-of-life, creating space for meaningful reflection and peace during these profound transitions.
I approach therapy with compassion and cultural sensitivity, recognizing that faith and spirituality are important to many of my clients. I'm committed to meeting you where you are—honoring your values, experiences, and unique strengths.
My therapeutic style is collaborative and grounded in evidence-based practices. I believe healing happens when you feel truly heard, respected, and supported. If you're considering taking this step, I want you to know that reaching out takes courage, and I'm here to walk alongside you with care and genuine commitment to your wellbeing.
