About me
I am am a seasoned therapist who helps individuals and families navigate addiction, anxiety, trauma, and life transitions with clarity, compassion, and practical strategies that create real change
I collaborate with you to identify core issues and unresolved patterns that keep you stuck, and we work together to create practical, meaningful change. My style is direct, compassionate, and rooted in evidence-based approaches like Motivational Interviewing and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy.
I’ve spent over 15 years helping individuals and families navigate addiction, anxiety, trauma, grief, and major life transitions. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all therapy—your goals guide the work, and we move at a pace that supports both stability and growth.
Clients often come to me feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of their next step. I offer a grounded space to slow down, untangle what’s going on beneath the surface, and build the skills and confidence needed to move forward.
Whether you're beginning recovery, rebuilding after a difficult chapter, or seeking deeper clarity and direction, my role is to walk alongside you with honesty, support, and a clear plan. You don’t have to do this alone, and you don’t have to stay where you are.
