About me
Empowering individuals, teens, young adults, and families to overcome challenges, build confidence, and create meaningful, lasting change in their lives.
Life can feel overwhelming, messy, or stuck. Maybe stress, anxiety, ADHD, or challenges in your relationships are weighing you down. Therapy isn’t about “fixing” you—it’s about understanding what’s happening, making sense of patterns, and finding ways to feel more grounded, confident, and connected to yourself and the people around you.
I work with teens, young adults, and families to help you uncover what is holding you back and build practical tools that actually work in everyday life. Together, we explore coping strategies, communication skills, and ways to manage stress so you can move through life with more ease, balance, and clarity.
Reaching out for support can feel vulnerable, and I get that. You do not have to figure this out alone. If you are ready for life to feel a little lighter and want someone in your corner, I am here to support you every step of the way.
