About me
Helping You Heal, Strengthen Relationships, and Create Lasting Change.
I know that reaching out for therapy can feel overwhelming, and I'm glad you're here. Whether you're navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, family conflict, or simply feeling stuck, you don't have to face it alone. My goal is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to create meaningful change.
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), I work with individuals, couples, and families from a collaborative, strengths-based perspective. I believe every person has the capacity for growth and healing, and together we'll explore the patterns, experiences, and challenges that may be keeping you from living the life you want. My approach is compassionate, practical, and tailored to your unique needs and goals.
I have experience helping clients improve communication, strengthen relationships, manage anxiety and stress, build self-esteem, navigate life transitions, and develop healthier coping skills. Whether you're working through a difficult season, healing from past experiences, or looking to build stronger connections with yourself and others, I'll meet you where you are and support you every step of the way.
I strive to create a welcoming environment where you can be your authentic self without fear of judgment. Therapy is not about having all the answers, it's about having someone alongside you as you discover them.
I offer both in-person and virtual therapy sessions and welcome clients from diverse backgrounds and experiences. I look forward to partnering with you on your journey toward healing, resilience, and lasting change.
