About me
I am an AuDHD trauma therapist specializing in helping creatives and the late diagnosed neurodivergent humans walk through their sh*t and regulate their nervous systems.
I’m Cassandra Holt Kimbell, owner of Freestyle Therapy LLC and a doctoral candidate working toward licensure as a Psychologist. As an AuDHD human living with CPTSD, I bring lived experience to my work, specializing in the intersection of neurodivergence and trauma. I lead with an affirming, strengths-based lens rather than a deficit-based one.
I am a trauma-informed therapist certified in EMDR, licensed to practice in Texas, Colorado, and California. My approach is eclectic and collaborative; I integrate CBT, Expressive Arts, and Somatic techniques to treat the "whole person." Beyond individual therapy, I am passionate about building safe communities where every person feels a true sense of belonging.
