About me
I believe that meaningful change happens when you feel both supported and actively engaged in the process. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in helping you better understand yourself while also building practical skills you can use in your daily life.
Many people come in feeling overwhelmed, stuck in patterns, or unsure how to move forward—especially in relationships or after difficult past experiences. In our work together, we’ll focus on increasing awareness of those patterns, strengthening your ability to respond rather than react, and developing tools that help you feel more steady and in control.
My work is holistic and integrates mind and body. In addition to my clinical training, I have a background as a yoga teacher and Zumba instructor, which allows me to incorporate elements of mindfulness, movement, and nervous system regulation into our work when it’s helpful. This can support you in not just understanding what’s going on, but actually shifting how you experience stress, emotions, and day-to-day challenges.
Clients often begin to notice more clarity, improved emotional balance, and greater confidence in how they navigate relationships, stress, and life transitions. Over time, the goal is to help you build a set of tools and a deeper understanding of yourself so that you can create changes that feel sustainable and aligned with what matters most to you.
If you’re looking for a space that is supportive but also focused on growth, skill-building, and meaningful change, I’d be glad to work with you.
