I am a dually-licensed clinician who is passionate about guiding others to re-discovering their inner essence and expanding toward their highest potentials through developing conscious awareness, reclaiming parts of self, and building new skillsets. I focus on assisting clients with trauma, anxiety, maladaptive coping, and habit disorders to build new skill-sets toward greater holistic well-being. While I serve many types of clients with a variety of goals, my practice often focuses on mothers with childhood trauma who are finding it difficult to be the parents they dreamed they would be. Often, mothers realize that wounds from their own childhoods begin to surface now that they are mothers, creating anxiety, irritability, and difficulty parenting. I create space for clients to develop awareness, heal old wounds, and choose who they wish to be.

I work with clients who are struggling with anxiety and parenting challenges while navigating their own childhood trauma. Often, these clients also struggle with chronic pain, IBS, substance use, obsessive thoughts, and compulsive/habitual behavior. Gently and slowly, we will practice new skills to relieve symptoms and heal old wounds.

I utilize the incredible power of the creative imagination for healing and wellness. My practices focus on mindfulness, somatic (body) awareness, and emotional and creative expression. I specialize in clinical hypnosis, expressive arts, body-oriented psychotherapy, and other methods of guiding people to the subconscious to heal trauma and uncover their true, unconditioned selves. Within this, I incorporate neuroscience, teaching clients how to regulate their nervous systems.
