About me
I am a neuroaffirming psychotherapist who helps clients struggling with anxiety, irritability, overwhelm, and parenting challenges while navigating their own old wounds. Often, these clients are neurodivergent, highly sensitive, and struggling with chronic pain, IBS, substance use, obsessive thoughts, or compulsive/habitual behavior. My younger clients are typically neurodivergent and struggling with fitting into a world not created for them. These children are often expressing their struggles as anger, anxiety, and sadness. I help them learn to trust and communicate their needs.
I am a good fit for those open to learning simple, transformative skills while diving deep into emotional healing. I use gentle, empowering approaches such as expressive arts, clinical hypnosis, mindfulness, "parts" therapy, inner child work, dreamwork, and body-oriented techniques to support clients in uncovering their inner wisdom for self-transformation. We work together to unlearn the past and create a new way of being for yourself and your children. I also offer neurodiversity-affirming assessments for ADHD & autism for those needing clarity about their experiences.
