About me
I'm a therapist dedicated to supporting individuals through life's most challenging moments. My work centers on creating a safe, affirming space where you can explore your experiences without judgment.
I bring a trauma-informed, client-centered approach to therapy, drawing on evidence-based practices to support your unique journey. I have particular experience working with trauma, mood disorders, anxiety, addiction, and co-occurring challenges. I'm also skilled in supporting individuals navigating identity, relationships, workplace concerns, life transitions, and questions around purpose and self-worth.
My practice welcomes all identities and experiences. I'm committed to culturally responsive care and to honoring the full complexity of who you are—including your values, background, and lived experience. I work with young adults, first responders, military-connected individuals, and anyone seeking meaningful support.
Whether you're processing grief, managing panic or social anxiety, healing from abuse, exploring gender identity, or simply seeking clarity and connection, I'm here to walk alongside you. I believe in your capacity for growth and healing, and I'm honored to support you as you move forward.
