About me
Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, substance use, relationship difficulties, or body image concerns, I offer a supportive and nonjudgmental space for children, adolescents, adults, and older adults to heal, grow, and thrive.
I am a strengths-based, compassionate, and grounded therapist who works with children, adolescents, families, couples, and individuals. I help clients navigate the stressors of life by making sure they are seen, understood, and feel empowered to make their own change. Areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, substance use, and addiction.
My approach is collaborative and compassionate as I use evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS). Together we can understand patterns that may be keeping you stuck and build skills to help you move forward.
My goal as a therapist is to help you discover your strengths and approach the future with more confidence, balance, and self-compassion. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of who you really are, therapy can be a space to slow down, gain clarity, extend grace to yourself, and move toward positive, lasting change.
