About me

I provide individual therapy to adults in recovery who have built a foundation in sobriety and are ready for deeper healing. I also work with family members and loved ones impacted by substance use, as well as adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and the challenges that come with life transitions. I offer an affirming space where you can explore identity, relationships, and the experiences that have shaped who you are, including the unique experiences of LGBTQIA+ individuals.

I provide individual telehealth therapy for adults throughout Massachusetts and am currently accepting new clients.

I earned my Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from Northeastern University and have worked with diverse populations throughout my career, including LGBTQ+ individuals and communities. My experience includes substance use, relapse prevention, anxiety, depression, trauma, identity development, and navigating the pressures and expectations society places on us.

I work from a feminist ecological perspective, which means I believe our experiences are shaped not only by our individual choices and circumstances, but also by our relationships, communities, cultures, and larger social systems. Understanding those influences can be an important part of healing and growth.

My approach is warm, compassionate, and tailored to your unique needs. Past clients have described me as kind, honest and firm when needed, with a sense of humor when appropriate. I believe therapy works best when it is grounded in genuine human connection, and my goal is to create a space where you feel respected, supported, and empowered to continue building the life you want for yourself. Together, we'll work to better understand your experiences, navigate life's challenges, and create meaningful, lasting change.
