About me
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist that specializes in trauma, family systems work, personal growth and exploration, and dedicated to helping you make lasting positive changes. I am experienced in working with individuals, families and couples, and have extensive experience working with diverse populations.
I provide direct therapy services, immigration psychological evaluations, consultation services to other professionals, and trainings focused around understanding trauma, cultural communication, compassion fatigue and burnout, and spiritually focused trainings around trauma. I am a therapist that provides faith based services for those seeking a more faith based counselor, but am welcoming to all who are seeking a place to feel heard, validated, and encouraged to grow and see their self and their life from a new perspective. I use narrative therapy techniques, CBT, solution focused modalities, and aspects of the polyvagal theory in therapy, and am very integrative in my approach. This means I am willing to find what works best for you in therapy so we ensure growth, change, and positive difference in your life.
